Article 92 — Evaluation of General-Purpose AI Models by the AI Office 1. The AI Office may conduct evaluations of general-purpose AI models on its own initiative, in order to: (a) classify the general-purpose AI model as a general-purpose AI model with systemic risk; (b) assess compliance of general-purpose AI models with obligations under this Regulation. 2. The Scientific Panel shall support the AI Office in performing evaluations pursuant to paragraph 1. 3. The evaluation shall be based on technical documentation, results of testing, and any other relevant information available to the AI Office.
