Article 93 — Enforcement of Obligations of Providers of General-Purpose AI Models

1. Where the AI Office finds that a provider of a general-purpose AI model has not complied with any of the obligations under this Regulation, the AI Office shall request the Commission to initiate the relevant proceedings.

2. The Commission may, on its own initiative or following a request from the AI Office, invite the provider to take the necessary measures to bring itself back into compliance.

3. The Commission shall have the power to take measures referred to in Article 94 where non-compliance is confirmed.
