Article 94 — Measures Available to the Commission

1. The Commission may, following the procedure set out in Article 93, take the following measures with regard to providers of general-purpose AI models:
(a) request information and documentation concerning the design, development, training, testing and capabilities of the model;
(b) require the provider to take appropriate measures in order to comply with the obligations laid down in this Regulation;
(c) impose interim measures to avoid the risk of serious and irreparable harm in the Union.

2. Measures imposed pursuant to this Article shall be proportionate to the nature of the infringement.
