Article 90 — Amendment of Regulation (EU) No 300/2013

Regulation (EU) No 300/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council is amended as follows: references to automated screening and detection AI systems shall be interpreted in the light of the definitions and requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act).
