Article 98 — AI Office Supervision of General-Purpose AI Models

1. The AI Office shall supervise the obligations of providers of general-purpose AI models under this Regulation.

2. Member States shall not apply measures that are inconsistent with the powers of the AI Office in matters related to general-purpose AI models.

3. The AI Office shall issue guidelines and recommendations to facilitate compliance with this Regulation for providers of general-purpose AI models.
