Article 83 — Supervision of Testing in Real World Conditions by Market Surveillance Authorities

1. Market surveillance authorities shall supervise the testing in real world conditions pursuant to Article 60. They may participate in the evaluation and monitoring of the testing, and shall be informed of any serious incident arising during such testing.

2. Where it considers it necessary, the market surveillance authority may at any time during the real world testing require the provider or prospective provider to suspend or terminate the real world testing.

3. The market surveillance authority shall carry out its assessment within 30 working days of receiving the real world testing plan submitted pursuant to Article 60.
