Article 101 — Administrative Fines on Union Institutions, Bodies, Offices and Agencies

Where the European Data Protection Supervisor finds that Union institutions, bodies, offices or agencies have violated the provisions of this Regulation in their capacity as deployers, it may impose an administrative fine not exceeding EUR 1,500,000.

The EDPS shall take due account of the nature, gravity and duration of the infringement, and shall cooperate with relevant national supervisory authorities as appropriate.
