Article 45 — Information Obligations on Notified Bodies Notified bodies shall inform their notifying authority of: (a) any EU technical documentation assessment certificates or quality management system certificates issued, refused, restricted, suspended, or withdrawn, including any refusals, restrictions, suspensions or withdrawals; (b) any circumstances affecting the scope or conditions of their notification; (c) any request for information that they receive from competent authorities on conformity assessment activities; (d) where relevant, standardisation activities and other coordinating activities.
